New Brew

Hi all,

I finally again am looking at making a home brew. Who wants to help me decide what to make? I am open to suggestions for types of beers and also on the ingredient specifics.

  1. Not now, but in the fall - Acorn beer. We have to leach the tannins first though.

    Now, how about an ESB? Also, I'm saving bottles and know people here with the equipment, so I might be doing something myself in the nearer future.

  2. By the time it's ready, it'll be the beginning of spring. It might be nice to give the fruit infused beer a second run. Now that you've done it once before, you can try to get a stronger fruit flavor.

  3. i would consider an ESB, im pretty sure that i do not want to do an acorn beer or another fruit beer for my next batch.

    also, my advisor says i should make a "Maha" beer, which is the name of the fluid power lab i work at. im not sure how to incorporate any aspect of fluid power other than adding some Arnica 46 to the batch...
